To prevent the harvest from being wasted, we must control gases such as ethylene and other volatile organic compound (VOC) gases such as ethanol and acetaldehyde. In this way we will also be preserving the preservation chain in optimal conditions and will be able to bring to the market a product with the best nutritional and organoleptic qualities.

Suitable for food contact, they are certified for use with organic products. They preserve the color, taste and smell of fruits and vegetables.
Their design and composition slows down the ripening and aging process of climacteric fruit, especially bananas.
The sachets are breathable and highly resistant to humidity. They are filled with super-absorbent BION granules
Designed for use in refrigerated environments, they provide permanent protection from the exporter to the final destination. ETHYL STOPPER sachets are ideal for use in air, sea or land travel, even in transit with limited air ventilation.
Designed to absorb ethylene in modified atmosphere packaging or polyethylene bags.
During the manufacturing process in our factory in Gavà, Barcelona (Spain), the sachets are inspected in each production batch using the strictest techniques. They are subjected to immersion, anti-stress, welding and absorption stress tests.
Each box has an identification label for traceability according to the standards set by ISO 9001:2015.
Thanks to the optimum characteristics of the ETHYL STOPPER sachets, we can guarantee the quality of the products on arrival at their destination. They reduce the amount of waste caused by over-maturing and decomposing products. They prevent weight loss during transport.
