BION ISORB 

The BION ISORB family combines a mixture of physical and chemical processes for gas emission control. Oxidized gases are converted into harmless products such as CO2, water and salts.
ISORB media are designed to effectively remove a broad spectrum of pollutants such as acid gases, N and S and low molecular weight compounds.

BION SORB 

It is an Alumina based sorbent impregnated with 8% Potassium Permanganate during the manufacturing process.
The BION SORB family combines the effects of physical adsorption and chemical reaction to eliminate pollutant gases. These gases, once oxidized, are converted into completely harmless CO2, water and salts.
BION SORB is designed to efficiently remove pollutants such as acid gases, nitrogen oxides, reduced sulfur compounds and low molecular weight VOCs

BION CLEAR

BION CLEAR is a clay impregnated with sodium thiosulfate. It is designed for efficient adsorption of chlorine (Cl2) and chlorine monoxide (Cl2O) gases. It is based on natural clays
extruded natural clays together with sodium thiosulfate (Na2S2O3).
Na2S2O3 is a salt capable of reacting with Cl2 and Cl2O, transforming them, thanks to other compounds, into non-hazardous compounds that are trapped in the porous structure of BION CLEAR.

The most frequent applications are related to chlorine such as in: water treatment plants, water disinfection, pulp and paper production, wastewater disinfection, refineries, petrochemical plants, cutting gases, etc.

BION SIGMA 

BION SIGMA is a product for the removal of hydrogen sulfide (H2S). It consists of an iron hydroxide, Fe(OH)3, supported on a mixture of porous clays.
BION SIGMA has been developed to work efficiently with biogas that has 90% or less relative humidity. In the absence of oxygen, BION SIGMA shows a higher H2S adsorption capacity than activated carbon impregnated with potassium hydroxide. BION SIGMA stands out for avoiding corrosion problems in equipment and minimizing the risk of fire thanks to its ignition temperature.

The most frequent applications are for the removal of H2S from gas streams, e.g. biogas, and the avoidance of corrosion and H2S damage to equipment.

BION CARB CR

BION CARB CR consists of a combination of premium activated carbon with a mixture of catalytic inorganic phases, resulting in high efficiency and adsorption capacity of hydrogen sulfide (H2S). Unlike other media, H2S is not converted to sulfuric acid (H2SO4), but to elemental sulfur (S).
BION CARB CR is designed to remove H2S and other acid gases in corrosive atmospheres to prevent corrosion damage to electronic equipment. Thanks to the high quality of the activated carbon used, this absorbent is highly efficient at the low contact times typical of cleaning equipment.

BION CARB BG

BION CARB BG combines a premium activated carbon with a mixture of catalytic inorganic phases, resulting in an outstanding adsorption capacity of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in oxygen-poor streams.

BION CARB ODR

BION CARB ODR combines a premium activated carbon with a mixture of catalytic inorganic phases, resulting in an outstanding hydrogen sulfide (H2S) adsorption capacity. H2S is not converted to sulfuric acid (H2SO4), but to elemental sulfur (S). 
BION CARB ODR is also a good sorbent for other acid gases, such as sulfur dioxide (SO2), methyl mercaptan and volatile sulfur compounds (VSCs).

The most frequent applications are in industries where odor is a problem such as: sewage treatment plants, pumping stations or sewers. 

BION AC

The BION AC family is composed of activated carbons of different CTCs, which are made of bituminous carbon and thermally activated to obtain a large surface area, which gives the carbons a higher gas absorption capacity. They do not contain impregnation.
The BION AC family is designed to remove hydrocarbons, chlorine and volatile organic compounds. In multi-bed systems, it acts as a refining filter to remove high molecular weight VOC's (organic compounds).

BION ACPA

BION ACPA is an activated carbon impregnated with phosphoric acid. Its most frequent applications include adsorption of odors and irritants. It is specifically designed to adsorb basic gases. It can also be combined with other compounds to adsorb contaminants such as ammonia, amines and volatile organic compounds among others.

BION OXYL

The BION OXYL family is characterized by being a triple blend. Especially recommended for corrosion and odor control applications, where a broad spectrum of contaminants must be removed efficiently.
The main reason for the effectiveness of this blend is that the three media complement each other. This blend is very effective in the treatment of low molecular weight compounds and has a high H2S absorption capacity. It also allows the construction of compact equipment.

BION DELTA

The BION DELTA family is based on activated carbon of the highest purity and impregnated with KI to produce high quality carbon with excellent adsorption properties.
It is specially designed to remove mercury and iodine compounds. It is also effective in the removal of formaldehyde and organic aldehydes, sulfur compounds, mercaptans, DMDS, SO2 and H2S. It avoids side effects caused by the toxic properties of mercury.

BION DOD is a high purity, high surface area activated carbon. This product is coimpregnated and effectively neutralizes acids and VOCs. It works exceptionally well in all types of filters and scrubbers.
BION DOD covers a broad spectrum of gas adsorption and is resistant in the presence of moisture.

BION DOD is an ideal product for corrosion control considering its high adsorption capacity for acidic compounds as well as its good performance with other compounds such as mercaptans, methyl mercaptan and other VOCs.
