From 17 to 19 November, in Hamburg, Germany, the Intermodal Europe 2015 trade fair will take place, which is internationally recognised as the largest forum for discussions on transport and logistics.

Sector professionals from around the world will attend the fair. BIOCONSERVACION will have a stand again at this year’s event, but it will also be participating as a speaker.

Entitled ‘Waste Free Conservation of Perishables in Transport’, Marc Benarie, Air Filtration Specialist at Bioconservacion will explain the effects of ethylene on fruits and vegetables and the advantages of its elimination during transport to obtain fresher and longer lasting products.

His presentation will be given on 18 November at 5.00 pm, framed within the Cold Chain Innovation Forum, which is dedicated to analysing present and future logistics solutions for the cold transport of fresh products.
